Drivers are professionals and we pay them that way. Our competitive base pay for OTR drivers and on our dedicated fleets is paid on practical miles. It sets a foundation for additional income through safety/productivity bonuses, vacation pay based on a driver’s actual pay, profit sharing contributions for retirement, and more. Add it all up and the top 50% of our Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking OTR drivers average $92,254 in total compensation.
