A COMPANY LEGACY OF GENEROUS GIVING
When the company does well our drivers are rewarded. Employees with one year of service at Crete Carrier/Shaffer Trucking receive profit sharing contributions for their retirement. These contributions are in ADDITION to any 401k contributions, and participation in the 401k program is NOT required to receive them. These contributions have been made each year since the program began.
